About Jason

Jason grew up just outside of Atlanta, GA, becoming a follower of Christ at the age of 9.  He is very grateful that God put him in a home where loving Jesus and involvement in church were priorities.  God called Jason into full-time ministry when he was 15, and God confirmed a call into worship ministry when he was 17.  He is married to his high school sweetheart, Kim, and they have four beautiful children: Anna Grace, Sophie, Merritt, and Audrey.

Jason LOVES HIS FAMILY! They love to laugh, like A LOT!  You can imagine, there is never a dull moment at their house. They desire people come over for dinner or just to hang out.  The Arrowoods have a slight obsession with Star Wars, Marvel, and anything Disney.  They minister as a family – you will see them around at most events.  Kim & Jason teach their kids that service is an attitude, and worship is a way of life.

Jason received a degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University then received an M.Div. with a specialization in Worship Studies from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  He currently pursues a Ph.D from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason served in ministry for over a decade before coming to LFBC, praying God will let him serve here for years to come.
