God will certainly come to your aid
Jacob described himself as a sojourner, reflecting the spiritual reality that we are all foreigners in this world, awaiting our heavenly home. Even as temporary residents on earth, God blesses us with family relationships, the freedom of forgiveness, and hope for the future. Joseph's story demonstrates how forgiveness releases us from bitterness and allows us to see God's purpose even in difficult circumstances. Jesus declared that He is the way to our eternal home, not through good works but through faith in Him. When we live with an eternal perspective rather than chasing temporary worldly success, we discover our true purpose and lasting peace.
