Genesis 2 reveals that humans were created on purpose, with purpose, for a purpose. God designed us to represent Him to the world, worship Him, work for Him, and enjoy companionship with Him and others. Unlike other creation, God personally formed humans from dust, breathed life into us, and made us in His image. Though sin disrupted this design, through Jesus Christ, we can be restored to our original purpose as God's representatives, carrying His image and Spirit to the world.
