A grief support group designed to help and encourage anyone who has experienced the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend.

Includes encouraging, information-packed videos featuring leading grief recovery experts, small group discussion about video content, a workbook to use for journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics.  Topics include: Is This Normal?, Challenges of Grief, The Journey of Grief, Grief and Relationships, Why?, Guilt and Anger, Being Stuck, Lessons of Grief, Heaven, What Do I Live For Now?

Cost is $10 for materials.  Meets every Thursday night from August 1 – November 7 @ 6 to 8pm in LaFayette First Baptist Fellowship Hall.

Will meet on November 14 to do “Surviving the Holidays”.
