Deacons
The Deacon Ministry at LaFayette First is all about servant leadership. Our main priority is follow the Biblical mandate to serve Christ. Deacons at LaFayette First serve a 3 year term and then take a 1 year hiatus before going through the nomination process to serve another term. Deacons are servant leaders for our 7 Ministry Team (listed below) to assist staff in equipping the saints for the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11-16).
